Cascade Trays on a Bizhub

We have a Bizhub 5000 with a Creo RIP. I'm being told that we can't cascade trays on the two large bins. (we can only use one at a time). Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to load the two large trays with the same stock and start with the one, when it runs out go to the next automatically? This just doesn't seem to hard to overcome...
