Challenge Model A cuts badly

Hello - I recently purchased a Challenge Model A 3 sided trimmer with the 3 fixed blades. The cutter seems to be in good shape. I sharpened the knives, but the right side of a stack of paper cuts "skewed", badly "chamfered". Any ideas are welcome!!

I recommend you if you have the high of knife + see if they parallel in 3 sides.
Please see if the knife are in good condition. Otherwise, need to make adjustment for to compensate
