Changing a color in Quark

Q 7.31 or 8 - whichever.
I get many jobs from customers where they call out MANY fpo items in 100 magenta.
IF I were in INDD, I would change the color 100M to FPO (spot) and move on.

However, with my good friend Quark I have never found a way to do this. I have to create a new color (FPO) and then manually select all those darn text boxes and change them to FPO.
Is there something easy I am not thinking of?
1. No, you cannot delete and then remap.

In QuarkXPress 7, you can install Quark's free XPert Tools set of XTensions and use XPert FindChange to change all instances of one color to another color.

In QuarkXPress 8, it's built into the program as Item Find/Change, under the Edit menu.

I appreciate the help.
However, I cannot get it to change the color of type.
I have 30 text boxes of magenta. I want to change them to FPO.
I am working in 7.31 with the xtensions you talked about. I do not see a way to change the color of text.

Try doing a Find/Change and uncheck "Ignore Attributes."
You should be able to globally change all of the 100 M text to any color you need.
