Collecting cassete has not been emptied

Hi everyone
My imagesetter reports me an error collecting cassete has not been emptied then after this error appears the final peces of films are not the same so i causes trapping any idea

Could be two causes

1 A sliver of film has fallen down and the sensor is seeing it
2 The sensor has gone bad

Easiest to do is check the path and see if there is something blocking the sensor
