DeskPac7 R6 issue

Dear All,

I just got the DeskPack7 release6. Last week, I finished the installation.

I found an issue for the R6, after I launch the trapping, I want to fix some detail settings, just like trapping direction, or round corner... When click color pairs update, the Illustrator CS3 will jump out.

Our clients are all running in Mac OX 10.4.11.

Anyone who has the same issue?

Thanks

Hi Minimax,

Mac osx for the client.
We use TrapX.

The release notes, please check the enclosed

Our backstage server is v7r6, and TrapX is v7.2.716,trapX work on mac client fine,no crash even run large file.

Our TrapX also can run on the Mac OX...but if you want to fix the color pairs...then update it...The Illustrator CS3 will jump out.

I never said...our Trapx can't run..

Thanks for your feedback.
