diffrence between black color in photoshop and acrobat pro

when i edit text color in photoshop and covert all black to black in black channel only
after i saved file in pdf file black color appear in all channel
every time i saved pdf file from photoshop i must go to
edit menu - assign profile - dont color manage this document
i need to know how can i saved pdf file in right way with out use assign profile

Uncheck "Embed Color Profile" in the first Save dialog box. In the secondary dialog box make sure the "output" tab shows, "no conversion" and "don't attach profile".

Believe it or not, this is how Adobe have designed the Output Preview tool.

This indicates that your Acrobat colour settings are potentially different to Photoshop, or that the PDF has different colour profiles than the output intent in the PDF.
