Digital print folders?

Is there a folder for digital toner based printing that will do tri fold, roll folds? Is there any difference from that and a standard folder ex. Baum 2018?

You can get what would be classed as a creaser/folder all in one like the Morgana digifold pro.

We have a standard Morgana Creaser and seperate standard Morgana Folder. Only really need to crease for heavier weights, toner coverage on fold or grain direction.

Standard folders might have scoring capabilities (probably require x2 passes for scoring and then folding) the above mentioned Morganas uss a die crease and very different from scoring which isn't as effective.

Hi, all the mentioned machines are 35/36 cm wide (14"). Do you ever require to crease and fold wider format or heavy stocks?

Yes, one of the jobs we do is on 80# Gloss cover plus it is a Roll fold.

It definitely needs to be creased.
