Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you read.

Be ready for a lot of service if you are coming from the offset side.

Don't sell it as "digital printing" just sell it as printing, 99% of the time the customer doesn't care if it came from a 4 color Heidelberg or a 4 color Xerox.

IF you can afford it, get the next size up from whatever you are looking at with all the bells and whistles.
 
Make sure you get the right digital printer/press. Once you sign a long term deal, it's too late to go back. Do your research on this forum and online and get yourself a decent machine.

Craig probably keeps his machine running all day so it's very reilable. Don't buy a machine you can't keep busy. Under utilized = unreliable.
