Hi everyone...
Our company is producing the Rigid PVC foils , normally our materials are used in silkscreen & offset printing machine. Now one of our client from U.S. is asking about the digital printing ...
We don't have any experience... some people said after the corona process, the foils would be possible to match with solvent ink. We made some test , but still fail ...
Anybody can help ? or share your experience ?

Inkjets that print UV cured ink should work. Solvent inks will be more difficult. We have run flexible PVC rolls through our Xeikons. If you are running sheets an Indigo will work. Both toner machines can only run thinner materials, though. If the foils aren't white the job may require a white ink or toner to get good images.
