Do you put proof guidelines when you email PDF Proofs

On our physical proof sheets, we always list that any AA's will acquire additional costs. Does anyone word this in an email every time you send out Emailed proofs? Such as not color accurate, not high resolution, changes are additional etc?
 
I put this on every pdf proof emailed to customers:
This proof is for approval to release to print. It is not a proof for color as visual proofs are not color accurate. If you require a color accurate proof please contact _____________ for the details. Any edits to this proof will result in additional charges. Please reply in email with name and date of approval or not any alterations.
