Docucolor 240 prints full coverage with error

Hello!

I hope someone can help me here.

For the past week my docucolor 240 does not print full coverage correctly. Meaning, it print mostly corectly but on one side it does not cover the surface as if the color is not "burned" correctly.

Did anyone had that problem? what's the solution?

The heatroller is damaged, change the fuser.

Deffo fuser damage.
