HI

Facing problem in Dolev 800v First Machine

If we expose 10 sheets - out of 10 sheets 2 sheets got shrink / expand / overlap.

Sometimes its running perfectly / sometimes continuous error

We changed CRI board / Strobe board.

Machine is running with VLSI + SFL + PSM 7 Spinner speed 10000.

Another Dolev 800V

Spinner Set error / CRI Frequency error

Changed Spinner Driver Board - Additional error Encoder frame warn error.

Spinner tested with high speed / Medium Speed sometimes getting pass sometimes failure.

Machine is running with VLSI + SFL + PSM 7 Spinner speed 10000.

Anyone help us for both the imagesetters problem.

Regards

Kala,

Dolev2.
If you already changed the Spinner board, unfortunately all the errors point to the Spinner.
Did you try the CREI board first?

Dolev1.
Do you mean that the size of the image changes between plots?

kala: getting shrink / expand/ corrupt/ override also happened to my Dolev, try to clean the tiny holes in the dolev drum using needle or something looks like that. Also check the film casette whether the film can be pulled freely. I hope this will help you because it works for me.
