RR Donnelley has announced the completion of a tax-free spin-off of its publishing, retail print services, office products business, LSC Communications and its financial communications and data service business, Donnelley Financial Solutions.
With the spin-offs complete, RR Donnelley is now an approximately $7 billion multichannel, marketing solutions provider with 42,000 employees across 28 countries. The Company will operate in three segments: Variable Print, Strategic Services and International, and will continue to serve its more than 52,000 customers by providing integrated solutions.
RR Donnelley will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “RRD,” as announced on August 9, 2016.
