e ctp agfa n8-20s - error E41a1 Number of balancers is not sufficient (home side)

Hi every one,
I have ctp agfa n8-20s - model (y/2009) and there some error E41a1 Number of balancers is not sufficient (home side)

Start with cleaning balance blocks and groove those move. Both sides. You can use rag and alcohol.

Avalon N4 - same problem, but Away Side. I cleaned both sides, and added some silicone spay on the inside of the balancer channels. Worked for a week or so and now it errors again. Any advice?
