Hi Would appreciate any advice please.

We run a xerox 700 and DC250 as well as litho. We are looking to add large format to our portfolio.

Indoor posters at present for a couple of customers 500 x 700 largest size.
the question is having placed these for a while now to other companies we want to bring it in house.

Any advice on machine we should be looking at or avoiding would be much appreciated.

Thanks

We run a Canon W6400 and an Epson 7900 both great machines. Good quality at a low production price. Machines are priced very reasonably. Im sure there are alot of others. Good luck.

Here are a few things to consider when looking for your wide format.

How much are you going to be printing? (1-2 prints per hour or 15-20 prints per hour)

What are you going to be printing most? (posters, blueprints, fine art, etc.)

I have been working with wide format for years and will be more than happy to help you find what you need.

A few printers to take a look at...

Canon IPF8000s (8 color machine, 44" pigment inkjet. good for faster production printing.)
Canon IPF8100 (12 color machine, 44" pigment inkjet. good for fine art reproduction.)
Canon IPF750 (4 color machine, 36" dye and pigment based inkjet. good for general purpose and blueprints/reprographics market.)
