Epson’s New ColorWorks-C4000 Color Label Printer

Epson has announced an addition to its ColorWorks on-demand color label printer lineup: the ColorWorks-C4000. The compact C4000 offers a print width up to 4.25”, expanded connectivity, improved image quality, remote management tools and increased ink capacity. Targeted applications include: Industrial, ID badges, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Food and Beverage.

C4000 Features Include—
  • Wi-Fi connectivity and designed to seamlessly integrate into a variety of workflows, compatible with the gamut of major middleware programs as well as ZPL II, SAP, Windows, Mac and Linux.
  • Photo-quality images & barcodes, up to 1200 dpi resolution with variable droplet size. Durable high-quality labels meet BS-5609 certification.
  • Dust & water-resistant—engineered to withstand the pressures of a high-duty-cycle in fast-paced, commercial environments—with a compact design to suit small workspaces.
  • Engineered with PrecisionCore® technology to deliver a fast time to first label, featuring speeds up to 4”/ second.
  • Remote printer management via Epson Device Admin for managing large fleets over the network.
