Epson 9900 not changing orientation

We are having issues that when the image(s) are wider than the paper installed, it won't turn the orientation. It will just print off the edge...

I should note we are running Prinergy Connect 5.1.2.1

Our old 7800 did it automatically

Did you try editing the process template and telling it to rotate before sending?

Yes, it seems that the only way it will work is if we place in INDD (portrait) and re-output a new PDF...

Are you printing at a symmetrical resolution (720x720)?

Or are you printing at an asymmetrical resolution (720x1440)?
