Epson Inline Verification

I'm having a problem with my Epson 9900 with attached X-Rite SpectroProofer cutting the sheet after it scans and verifies it. I can manually go over and perform a cut operation on the proofer itself, but the proofing sequence used specifies that it's to cut the media.

This only happens when I've got a verifying color bar certification label turn on in the sequence.

The most obvious thing to check is that the auto cut option is selected on the front panel of the proofer. It sounds that non-certified proofs are cutting, so this is likely not the case.

Next would be to see if there is an update to either your Heidelberg software or the firmware of your Epson or SpectroProofer.
