Error code EAK 03, EAK 12 is FFDF

Dear all,
i have a problem again, it make me so tired, i do not what is error?. In INIT test alerts at EAK 03, EAK 12 are FDFF, that mean 1111 1111 1101 1111 so there is one error about input/output?. Now my machine is still running, but about 3000 sheets, it stops and not run, i must turn off power and reset about 1-2 minutes, after it runs normal...
So what's problems?
any recommned for me?

The Problem you discribed is mainly a problem with ´security switches´. EAK is the device which is checking all switches in all units. I guess, that you have a problem with one or two of these switches, mainly at PU3. Increasing machine speed means that vibration gets higher and then, one of the switches gets contact by electrical impuls. Please check all switches of all covers.

I am so sorry to confirm again, error at EAK 03, 12 is FDFF not FFDF,
So i will check "security switches" at all units and special at PU3 and feeder,

All EAK-electronic cards can be exchanged with each other. These cards are all identical. Depending on the machine and the machine type, you have several of them, up to six EAK-cards in the electronic cabinet. If that doesn´t help, you need help by specialist. Never put hands on electronic parts if not have experience.

Okie, as you said, i have checked " security switches " but that phenominon is still appear. About EAK-electronic card, i have replaced mutual to reset pin.

At least I can just say that you should check all cabel connection again and again. In some areas the correct connection at electronic box - small boxes under the cabinet - shall be incorrect.
Whats your job doing in Hanoi ? I´m still asking because I have a customer in Bin Duong and I will be there in coming march.

Dear all,
after reference some advises, i still do not repair my machine.
Now my machine appear other phenomenon: When it run at speed 3000 sheets/hour , it will stop immediately as we press emergency button sometimes it runs about some minutes it stops and signal lamp is not blink as the phenominon we stop it, i sawn it not normal. When i runs at speed 5000 sheets/hour up, my machine run at well conditions, it runs normal.
So, it difficult for me to guess ? so what's problems!

OK- man what you need is a specialist. You cannot fix that problem.

It apears to me as a serious problem with EAK (In/+Outcoming-control cards) and switches. With the time you will get a total loss of the system and the machine then is blocked.

Did you installed the machine ? When it was installed ? What machine is it ?

It is installed about 30 days

I am not expert in my major, so i must find some advise as you to support, this error is very rare,

So, its a Speedmaster 102-8color machine. You said you had changed EAK-cards severall time and reset pin. Does this means, that you had start ´initialization prozess´ ?? If YES, all parameters, data in CPTronic, shall be checked. In this process normally some data have been lost, or apear different. If you can, we shall have a meeting at skype. now, my machine still run normal, but when it runs at speed 3000 sheets per hour, it stops after 1 minutes and red signal lamp blinking. So what's problem. Normal, this button not blinking, it only blink when not safety mode?
