Error Code

Working with a Konica Minolta C6100 the color registration went way off in the direction of the paper travel. The color registration was inconsistent, meaning that the colors were vnever printing in the same position sheet to sheet.
Error code C-4661 popped up.
Techs replaced parts, and problem was gone for about 11k impressions then it came back.
Error code C-4661 again.
Tech cleaned a bearing for and idler roller on the transfer belt unit and the code went away, the prints afterward had good color registration (less than 1500 prints).
Tech decided that replacing the bearing would not be a permanent solution, so a complete transfer belt assembly was ordered and installed....and guess whet error code came back. C-4661
The color registration tests show that black and magenta are in register, but yellow and cyan are off by .125"
Now the C6100 will not power up without the C4661 error code popping up.
Any ideas? This problem started over a week ago.
Thanks.

Not sure if this helps. But I usually go to the service manual and discuss it with the tech.
