ERROR IN Suprasetter A52/A74

Hi... any help with this problem... in

CTP Heidelberg Suprasetter A52/A74. 2008

I try to solve it, but i confuse about the error,

error number 6316 for the slow scan-motor, which does not move

this error appears when i turn on the CTP... and never goes online because this.

I enter in diagnose mode, to see if can check from here, and when i try to initialize the slow scan to move the carriege this never initialize, i get again the error 6316.

couses that the slow scan motor doesn't work

any idea??

Please following this Troubleshooting;

Click the "Error messages" button. The following help
information is displayed:
0 Error code
0 Description of error
0 Error remedy
2. Follow the instructions to eliminate the error.
3. Click the "Correct error" button. This action returns
the Suprasetter A52/A75 to its initial status and the
function which was interrupted by the error can be
repeated.
Attention: If you hear unusual noises during an error
correction that you run following an incorrectly
loaded plate to the drum, do not switch off the
recorder. Wait until the error correction is finished.
Canceling the error correction causes the device to be
set to an undefined state that can only be eliminated
by the service support.
Attention: The APL turns red in the 3D display if an
error occurs in the APL. If imaging is also running
parallel to that, you can run an error correction only
after imaging is finished and the recorder has
switched to an error state. If you run the error correction
without waiting, imagining will be aborted, and
you may have to restart the system because of the
undefined states that result from such an action.

I tried this way More than once
but unfortunately the same error alert appears (error 6316)

Please do this , in order to clear the error.
1) Perform a visual inspection : look for loose and broken wires, improperly seated connectors, loose or broken wires
misset switch, missing jumpers. and so on.
Chech for obviously damaged component(components burned or discolore due to overheating);
Dust + dirt + tear +wear

2) Reseating Boards and components:
Edge connectors are a common souorce of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components such as scoketed ICs) . Reseat the
boards and power up.

3) Power supply checks:
Check the power supply for missing voltages and voltages out of spec. A digital multimieter DMM can be necessary, as
voltage specifications are quite tight: logic supplies for example: must be within + 5% percent of 5Vdc. All the
multiple supplies and all must be checked.

4) Board swapping:
Board swapping involves the substitutiono of a known godd board for a suspect one.


5) Clock for CPU:
Check the frecuency with frequency counter or a DMM included frecuency counter( like Fluke DMM)


6)Reset CPU:
reset cpu see the attached schematic.+search in Google, Pin schematic according with the CPU or Microprocessor that you have.

7) Components ; Rusting+Dry+Colder joint solders

8)Cables; Corroded+Broken

Dear Sir

I buy used suprasetter A52/75 without RIP I try to install GUI CONTAINER 4.05 in begining all is correct till I do update GUI container version. After doing update installation there is 2 recorder errors:
RECORDER ERROR 101: Internal system error
RECORDER ERROR 2: Internal error
The second Gigabit ethernet does not start.
How can I do to restart and restore with the good internal file (I cannot format internal system because the A75 license code will be deleted.

Pls give some help

1) first step, test all power supplies of Vdc in the machine, must be in tolerance 0.7% up or down, example f you are measure; + 5Vdc. and get 5.3 Vdc, the power supply if faulty for TTL circuit. You must replace it or repair, remember there are power supply regulated. and NOT Regulated.

Hello all, I have a suprasetter 74 and the acfb board does not start, I check all voltages and only 24V_Sw is not present on pin X104/A26. My question: is it possible that optocoupler is do default. what optocoupler to be replaceable on backplane.

My problem is that voltage of X104/A28 24V_sw is 0V and ACFB Board does not start
