Exposure head error on SCREEN CTP PLATERITE4100

I am a new man in the use of ctp machine and had problem with my ctp plateRite4100 with error code E7e09 upon powering the machine.
Can any one help please.

These are the messages appearing on my Screen PlateRite4100 CTP machine.

Measuse voltage between pins 1 and 2 of X100 for RB31 board. Must be 4.95-5.1 Volt. If not try to adjust U1.
