Fading/Oxidizing on Clear Vinyl

We print vinyl decals for various clients - one of which is a large manufacturer of truck trailers. One of the decals is printed on our Roland 640 on clear vinyl with a red, white and blue inks, even though we are using a laminating spray. We recently have had issues with the decals fading/oxidizing. Any suggestions on material, laminating, or processes?

Thank you for any feedback and suggestions.

Honestly, IMHO, if resistance to fading is important the best source of information is the vendor supplying the inks. They will know the characteristics of the pigments in their ink formulations and can suggest alternatives that may provide better fade resistance - though that may be at the expense of some other attribute like rub resistance, color vibrancy, or cost.
