On certain computers the file name will change when sent to RIPs. On my Intel Mac running OS 10.6 and Adobe InDesign CS5 the file name stays the same when sent to my Heidelberg QS350 RIP, but when sent to my Ryobi 3404 DI RIP the file name changes to the name of the printer- for example "R3404DI". I have a Mac G4 running OS 10.4 and InDesign CS2. When I send files to the Ryobi the name stays the same, but when I send them to the Heidelberg, the name changes to "CIDInit". Can anyone tell me how to keep the name from changing when sent from my Intel Mac to my Ryobi 3404 DI?
