Fit issues on Komori 1028 perfector

We have a Komori 1028 perfector press and have a issue with fit on some jobs that we are perfecting. Mainly lateral fit is the problem on the last back set. The circumferential fit seems fine. Apart from the obvoius issue of paper stretch has anyone any others thoughts on what might cause this.
We use the Komori recomended plate packing and blanket packing on the press.

Is it an old or new machine, I have not run a komori but i would check all packings and pressures are as the operation manual recommends, the next thing you should check would be the gripper settings, the procedure for this may be in your instruction manual. like i said i dont know komori's so these are only suggestions, good luck. johnyprint
