Form Fields in Acrobat

Hi,

Is it possible to show/hide form fields in Acrobat Reader?
I made a form for a customer and can highlight the form fields, or not. I've been looking around Acrobat Reader, which I just downloaded and don't see a way to do this. I thought I might be missing something.
I'm new to the form field world. Still using full version of Acrobat 8.3. Works great for me so I haven't upgraded.

Adobe Reader cannot define or edit forms. It does allow users to fill out forms, save, and submit forms that were defined in Acrobat. Such support includes execution of JavaScript defined for forms in Acrobat.

It will work fine for the customer, I had just wondered if there was a way to show/hide. Thanks for your quick response!
