In a Galileo VS Platesetter I´m getting the message: Handler get revision command failed.
Can anyone help?

In the best case your Plate Manager does not active because some Safety Lock at one panel or a door interrupts 24V DC line and CPU of Plate Manager is out of power.
In the worst case you have Plate Manager CPU board problem.
Other problems in Plate Manager electronics box could cause similar error as well.

Galileos are very complicated machines, and I recommend you call local AGFA service for help.
