Harlequin Rip Avantra 44

We have been trying a harlequin rip 10.1 to run our Avantra 44
and is not an easy transition. We were running Agfa pdf rip before.

We print from Indesign and Illustrator and have to have to different set up, what we do on Indesign for Neg and Pos is totally opposite in Illustrator.

Also what Indesign shows as Width and lenght is reversed on Rip


If anyone can shed some light is much appreciated!

Who did you purchase the RIP from? They should have installed the HQ RIP and trained you.
Not only would it do what you needed when they left, but you would have an understanding
of how to make changes if necessary.
