Heidelberg is reorganizing their management with the appointment of Rainer Hundsdörfer as CEO, replacing Dr. Gerold Linzbach who is leaving the company on November 14, of his own accord.
Dr. Ulrich Hermann–an expert in digitization–has been appointed to the Board and is expected to steer the company’s ongoing digital transformation.
Current Board member Harald Weimer–Heidelberg Services–will be stepping down but will supervise a transition until 3/31/17.
