After nearly 5-years, CEO Jeff Clarke steps down at Kodak, and Jim Continenza becomes Executive Chairman & CEO, effective immediately.
Continenza—Chairman of Kodak's Board of Directors since 2013—has led the Company's efforts to improve its capital structure, execute strategic M&A transactions and drive investment. Continenza—founder, Chairman & CEO of Vivial Inc.—also serves as Chairman of the Board of Merrill Corporation & Sorenson Communications, and is a Board member of Nextel International.
Clarke will be available to Continenza and the Kodak Board to ensure a smooth transition.
