HEIDELBERG SM102 FEEDER TIMING

Hello good people,
Our SM102 is failing to feed papers in the machine of which I know exactly it's the feeder timing which has gone bad. Can anyone please help me how to do it because I have never done timing before but I have fixed these machines alot. Or if you can provide me with the manual for doing it step by step.

The paper arrives at grippers at around 200degrees.

I will appreciate for any assistance rendered.
