Greetings. Dear forum users, help please, the problem is the following. With two-sided printing, the machine stops on the go with an error - it asks to transfer it to one-sided printing, the corresponding icon on the remote control is lit (it has attached images). And this does not happen with every type of paper, offset 100 and 80 grams goes well. Kotlass constantly the machine brakes with this mistake of the coup. In what reason?
