There are scratches on the film feed direction. I had cleaned mirrormot encoder. but the x direction, which did not improve fine lines. mirror engine problem do you think? x power card I tested works. I signasett my machine is normal. I put signasett pro xy controller card into the machine. Unresolved problems. He could have done mismatch. I can not test the XY controller card. spinner motor is running. rotate freely. I'm waiting for urgent information. How do I repaired mirror motor encoder? What is the price of parts xy controller card and mirror engine?

It's not encoder problem, forget about spin-motor. You can not replace encoder itself - it needs to be balanced.
That's laser switching/transition problem. Check electronics board.
I am not Heidelberg trained serviceman, so please don't ask me for help.
