Help Needed - Fuji Luxel T-9000 plugin for Hq510 rip

Hello, I just acquired a Fuji Luxel T-9000 ctp which came with celebrant rip. Unfortunately hdd crashed and we are attempting to install an hq510 rip, partly because we find it more user friendly (having used it elsewhere) and also because we lost the license key of the celebrant rip. Now big problem. The device not communicating. I suspect I will need the fuji T-9000 plugin? I'll appreciate any help I can get if anyone knows the way out of this. Thanks

Note - I have the Fuji Interface PIF card.
