Hello everyone I have a laser parameters number error with my 3 heidelberg prosetter machine one by one in last three months I have no choice I change 2 off them with a use head from german when I anstall a new head machine is online and no errors but unfortunately u see machine type show 2up which should be 8up I change from ctp software and reboot machine iit's still same I change a GUI board still same I do my best still show machine type 2up is there any one can help please
