Horizon collator will not guide?

Our Horizon collator will not guide or eject books. It did this before then somebody got lucky and setup a job then it worked again. But has stopped working again. Anyone have any ideas?

Our Horizon collator will not guide or eject books. It did this before then somebody got lucky and setup a job then it worked again. But has stopped working again. Anyone have any ideas?

First suggestion is to ask your local Standard dealer (in Washington, DC-area that would be Standard Graphics Mid-Atlantic or Atlantic Graphic Systems). If they can't help you resolve the problem, please call the Standard Finishing Systems technical team at 800-526-4774, x5. Hope this helps!
