how can I use .cbl file

I take a look in BBedit, looks like some XML syntax, it is for Komori machine, some color bar files, what program I need to import this kinda file? thanks a lot

The .cbl is a color bar definition that contains patch geometry and patch type. It is made to work with pdc-sII, which is the same thing as xrite intellitrax software but with a closed loop controller added.
