How do you think about Chinese printing plates

Hi all, how do you guys think about Chinese printing plates? Do you have any experience about it? If we rank LH-PA or Sward Ultra as 10, form 1 to 10, which point will you use to describe the Chinese plates you used?

There are different manufacturers for Chinese plates. They are different in quality. I approve only one brand which I feel is the best to work with.
