How to: 5"x5" finish size saddle stitch booklet

I just got a new keurig and it came with a small (maybe 5"x5") saddle stitch booklet. How are these produced? We have a horizon collator booklet maker but I think the minimum finish size is 5 x 8 ish or something like that. Anybody have any knowledge if this. Just curious.

Some booklet makers will allow you to run 2 up to achieve this. You can put 4 stitches in and cut in half.

So there is a blade that will make a single cut lengthwise?

Duplo has a booklet maker that will do the small size. They sell it for the CD Jewel case market.
