How to create an ICC profile?

Hello guys
just a question:
I need to change the colour of a Photoshop's image to this:
Total ink weight = 240%
Dot Gain @ 40% = CMY 27% - K 32%
Black start at 45%.
Max black 85% (Skeleton Black)
No G.C.R.
Min dot = 3%
Max dot = 90%

In fact the newspaper as an ICC profile for their other publication (they use ISOnewspaper26v4) but no one for this title where my advertising will be.

Could you tell me how can I do or can you send me an ICC profile by email? :p

Thank you
regards
Jerome

PS: sorry for my bad english :(

in fact i don't know what I can't use the same profil…
here you can see: ANL Advertising | Advert Colour Image Parameters for Associated Newspapers Titles

I will try to create an ICC with Photoshop…

What title are you publishing in? If it's the "metro" then call, or email, them and ask them wat profile to use. If it is not the "metro" the use the ICC profile they list. Don't bother with "building" one in PhotoShop, you'll never really gey it right and more than likely you'll end up with an inferior separation compared to the provided ICC profile.

Like everybody else, I would suggest you use the ISOnewspaper26v4.icc profile. I do a lot of ads for newspapers and that's the one I use for all. When you do your profile conversion in Photoshop (or any other icc compliant software) I suggest you use "Perceptual" as the rendering intent because newspapers gamut is very narrow. Note that by using perceptual, your Total Area Coverage will drop to 220-225%.
