I am considering HP Latex 850.
Anybody would like to share thoughts and experiences about this printer. We intend to print mostly selfadhesive vinyl, paper, PVC banner (indoor and outdoor).
- is it suitable for production environment (14 hours/day)
- any technical issues, problems, flaws ?
- what are "true" production costs (ink/sqm and maintenance) ?
- compatibility with different medias (what works and what doesn't) ?
- what about textile (how it looks like compared to dye sublimation) and polyethylene films ?
- ease of use and operation ?
- advantages and misadvantages compared to similar solvent printer (like Vutek 3360) ?
