HYBRID Software Launches Flexo Tool to Optimize Plate Material

HYBRID Software announces an innovative new flexo production solution that saves flexo plate material & optimizes the use of flexo CTP devices.

Called Tectonics, the software allows customers to automatically optimize the layout of flexo jobs, reducing waste and optimizing CTP usage. Tectonics works flexibly with any brand of plate & CTP.

Tectonics is currently in use at 3-customer installations, and is available as a standalone server application or as a module within HYBRID’s CLOUDFLOW workflow software. According to the company, the software has a typical 6-month ROI.
