We recently purchased an Intec SC6500 die cutter with the Colorcut pro stand for our office. We are still on the learning curve on how to operate the machine. I was able to get only a handful of basic cut projects out for clients, however, it stopped being able to find the targets. I am getting an "origin target not found" error on my colorcut program. I am not entirely versed on how to operate the machine and now can't get a single cut out to register. I'm thinking the camera is no longer able to the see pagemarks and needs to calibrate. Can someone give me a push in the right direction on how to calibrate before I have to throw in the towel and call a tech to come out for instructions? Thanks in advance.
