Iris 43 Wide issue

Our wonderful Iris 43 Wide has taken a poop on us, the cyan and black no longer print but the magenta and yellow still do. We've tried cleaning and all of the normal maintenance. It's my understanding that the cyan and black jets are on the same head. Before I take it apart, I thought I'd better get some input if anyone has any...

yes the black and cyan are on the same head. It likely is an issue with the maintainence station not docking up to that head good when it is running a normal cleaning cycle.

And cabling issue could make that printhead out of power and neither C nor K ink spitting as well.
