Iris 43 wide problems

We are getting a "No Cap Positon" error on the 43 wide. Does anyone know how to rectify this situation.

Is the imaging head all the way back to start position? I vaguely remember something like this on our 43 wide, been some time.

YES, I have manually moved the head back to the start position with the power off. Then I start the power again and the machine goes thru initialization, but comes back with a No Cap Position error
