issues with our Bourg... used parts?

We have a CP Bourg BM-e Booklet Maker E-Series TR. The touch screen is freezing up randomly and we keep holding our breath till we eventually get it working again. This is going to eventually die so we need to find a part for it. Does anyone know anywhere that sells used parts, specifical the interface screen? Not sure what year ours is, I am told it is early 2000's.

Have you tried to reach out to bourg, for either the part or the service manual? If you have the service manual I would start by googling that part number, or perhaps you could find another identical or similar machine with common parts to salvage parts from.

Are you in the U.S.? We use a former Bourg Employee for all of our servicing. He is Top-Notch and even contracts back to Bourg when they need him.
