What made you decide to develop your own? Was it a missing feature, cost, or something else?

because we could . . . we had the skills and took the time - after a few weeks it was workable and over the last 7 or so years we made it exactly what we want . . . everything talks to everybody enter stuff once and done print job tickets/envelopes on 9 x 14 catalogs . . . it just makes life easier . .. but we are in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area and we know a lot of people in low places that helped us out . . .

Like I said if you don't have the skills look for something off the shelf . . .
