Kaleidescope "Convert Special Inks" library values

I'd like to create a color book in AE or Nexus for custom colors using the custom values that we have manually built in the "Convert Special Inks" area of a color strategy. Does anyone know if these values can be exported or if there is a data file somewhere on the server that I can open to copy the values from? I'm using version 7.2, if that helps.
