KBA 162a printing press Ink rollers not Dropping

Has anyone come across this problem of ink rollers not dropping?

Have you checked your air supply to the press

Our press is 2001 KBA 162a
The rollers drop sometimes and other times not, but is still ducting ink rollers.
The ink rollers should come on automatic when in impression
We have checked for roller settings, air leaks, worn parts etc
