Keen Systems Cloub based store front???

I have a friend that asked me what I thought about this company . . . Personally I hadn't heard of it but I'm sure some of you have - any experience with them - good - bad . . . what are your thoughts???

Don't know much about them but apparently they just signed a deal to partner with Franchise Services Inc., which owns several very large quick-print brands (sir speedy, signal graphics).
